Hi Everyone, I am wondering if there is anyone else out there on this list from Pioneer Villages / Heritage Parks elsewhere in Australia. These are the large, open-air collections, usually with at least some relocated buildings, such as Old Gippstown, where I operate. If there are, I would be interested in a discussion about the cataloguing processes that you use, in particular, and seeing any photographs you would care to share. I have just finished a very fast study tour of four others in Victoria and South Australia, and have posted photographs of them in a set on my Flickr photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/20949561@N04/sets/72157617767690757/ However this is not enough for me - I would really like to get up close and personal with photographs of any other villages (interior or exterior), that people would care to share. So if that is where you are, and you are a Flickr user (or ready to join), photographs can be sent to a group at http://www.flickr.com/groups/1112705@N21/ which goes under the name of Australian Heritage Villages. Maybe you already have photographs on Flickr already, and can just subscribe to the group and send them to the group.
