Greetings again.
Talk about timing! After receiving a lot of good feed back on  
available software I went in to the museum today and found that I had  
a message.
The Army has awarded a contract to EMU which will be distributed via  
the Defence network to all Army units.
The admin instructions are yet to be issued but I anticipate that  we  
will be moving to EMU.
