Hi Roy, Another option is FileMaker Pro (www.filemaker.com.au). It isn't specifically for museum cataloguing but is a general database program. Its downside is you'd need to make the database for your collection, however the upside is it can be cheaper and you can then decide what fields you want, what you want to call them, how you want them laid out etc. It gives you total flexability so you can then make it as complicated or as simple as you want to, and can add fields down the track, re-name them and so on. You can also link to or imbed photos, audio/visual files, documents etc. Best wishes, Andrew S.
