Hi Everyone, Some time ago someone on this list was looking for Museum Registers. We have just been down this track, as we also use them, and wanted to continue the system. I have now located smaller registers than we were using (these are A4, about 102 lined pages), at Whites/Law Bindery in Melbourne. They are at http://www.whiteslaw.com.au/ These registers (blue thesis binding, stamped on front and spine in gold with "Museum Register") are $77 inc GST, post is extra. They do keep a small number in stock, ready made up. The pages are divided into columns with headers (across two pages) of Registration Date, Registration Number, Object Name and Brief Description, Acquisition Method, Acquisition date, Name & Address (Donor, Vendor, Collector) and Comments. It registers 33 items to a double opening (we use one line each), and I think it is going to take 3,366 items. It will keep us going for a little while.
