 You know about the Western Qld Workshops Museum & Gallery Services Qld is
running with the support of a Community Heritage Grant- but for others
benefit...
M&GSQ Collection Management and Preventive Conservation Workshops
Museum & Gallery Services Queensland is one of 70 organisations around
Australia to be awarded a federal Community Heritage Grant. In 2009 M&GSQ,
with the support of this grant, will present a two-day Skills Development
Workshop in Collection Management and Preventive Conservation in three
centres of Western Queensland. All organisations with collections in these
centres and surrounding areas are invited to attend.

Saturday 21 March - Sunday 22 March 2009, 9.00am - 4.30pm

The Community Heritage Grant program is managed by the National Library. It
is funded by the Australian Government through the Department of the
Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts; the National Archives of
Australia; the National Film and Sound Archive; the National Museum of
Australia and the National Library.
