[can-talk] Placement needed for volunteer in Sydney.

Hello all,

I am wondering if someone will be able to help me out by taking on a
volunteer for me.  Kelly Wright has been working at the Australian Tennis
Museum for about 2 months now in conjunction with her studies at TAFE in
Museum practises.  Unfortunately I am leaving the ATM and at this stage the
organisation has not replaced my position, so I need to find another
position for Kelly.  Kelly is very interested in collections and collection
management, has had experience with MOSAiC and is still learning about
collection handling, documentation etc.  She is very shy, and I would not
recommend her for a visitor services type role, but in collection work and
behind the scenes type work she is very thorough and quick to learn.

Kelly lives in the south west of Sydney, so a Museum in the south or inner
west area would be best, but I'm sure she'd be happy to consider other
areas.  At this stage Kelly has been working 1/2 days on Mondays and
Tuesdays and a full day on Wednesday, but she is able to be reasonably
flexible in her hours.
