Bronwyn Be careful - you will need to ensure you have the correct licence. Not simply a matter of showing a movie intended for personal use. You will not get current material on video. Likely to be expensive. One of the fundraising suggestions that has recently come up in discussions for the museum is doing outdoor movies during summer. Someone suggested looking into the hire of movies that aren't on DVD yet - new releases or ones that have just finished in the cinemas. I've tried doing various google searches to see where and how I can go about getting such movies and the potential hire price, but can't find anything. Before I move further on this suggestion i really need more information - can any one help? have you done something similar, do you know how much it costs and who to hire them from?
