Merle: While I do not accept censorship, particularly where it inhibits 
what we might regard as free speech, one way of improving communications 
would be to update our code of ethics (Who has actually read it?) to 
include a short section on the use of the Internet for the exchange of 
views between individuals and/or institutions. We should endeavour to be 
honest, accurate and uninhibited in all our communications. However, it 
would be incumbent on each one of us to avoid being offensive, in 
particular avoid attacking each other, rather than the views expressed.
