[can-talk] ICOM Australia announces third IAMPP project submission round for 2007-08

ICOM AUSTRALIA MUSEUM PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (IAMPP)

ICOM Australia is now inviting submissions from eligible applications to
IAMPP Round 3 of 2007

closing date : Cob on Friday 16 November 2007

The IAMPP funding made available through ICOM Australia assists Australian,
ICOM member, not-for-profit cultural organisations with providing
museums-skilled people to work on formally partnered object and materials
heritage projects in Asia-Pacific regions.

'Asia-Pacific regions' coincides with the member countries of ASPAC, ICOM¹s
Asia and Pacific Regional Alliance (until recently 'Regional Organisation').
The scheme directs its attention towards the more resources-impeded nations
of the Alliance.  At the same time, the project partner¹s nation needs to be
in good standing with the Australian government.

Funding for these projects is possible through the generous contribution of
the National Museum of Australia and through AusAID.

The program is an initiative of ICOM Australia.

This call for submissions, the third for 2007, is for projects scheduled
into the financial year 2007-08 that aim at accessing IAMPP funding
resources other than AusAID.

Conditions apply.  We ask that intending applicants refer to the most recent
guides and use the latest application proformas ­ some significant changes
have been made.
