[can-talk] Donor Agreement Form for Artists and Small Museums and Galleries

We are currently in the process of reviewing the donor agreement form we give to artists who offer their works to our permanent collection. 

I was wondering if anyone has a sample or template that we might reference before we endeavour to reinvent the wheel, so to speak. 

 

Please feel free to contact me directly as we are keen to preserve and respect the integrity of your intellectual property, and understand that you may not be willing to reply to the entire cantalk network.
