Dear colleagues, As part of a significance assessment process, the Goulburn Historical Society in NSW is undertaking research on the following items: 1. A 'besom' or hand-made broom 2. A red wool birthing rug dating from 1890's 3. A large cast iron pot stand complete with 10 cast iron pots, made by Clark's and exhibited in Paris in 1867 and in 1878 Please see pictures attache for (1) and (3) They would be very interested to know if there are similar objects in any other collections. Please contact me directly if you are able to advise. Many thanks, Roxanne Fea Goulburn Mulwaree Council Museum Advisor roxannefea01 at optusnet.com.au 040 999 7501 / (02) 9345 4599 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
