      BUILDING BLOCKS
      Interpretation Australia Association National Conference 2007
      November 6-9, 2007
      Darling Harbour, Sydney 
      The Conference Planning Team is seeking proposals for presentations and workshops for the upcoming BUILDING BLOCKS Conference.

      We encourage everyone to take part to share their knowledge, skills,expertise and other interpretive BUILDING BLOCKS with the many delegates that will be attending the conference from Australia and overseas.

      BUILDING BLOCKS
      This year's Interpretation Australia Association National Conference is being constructed to consider every layer of interpretation. The theme for this year's conference will address the BUILDING BLOCKS of heritage interpretation that underpin all aspects of heritage interpretation whether it be Indigenous, natural, built or cultural interpretation. 
      The 2007 Conference will include a series of dynamic papers and workshops. We invite presenters and facilitators to think outside the square-thinking about BUILDING BLOCKS
      in new ways will allow us to work together to invigorate the interpretive process.


      The attached documents provide all the information you need to submit proposals for presentations, workshops and activities.

      Proposals are due by Thursday 31 May 2007. Please email your proposal to e-Kiddna Event Management info at e-Kiddna.com.au or call on (07) 5548 6199  to make other arrangements.

      IAA 
      IAA was formed in 1992 to share issues and ideas, improve professional standards and raise the profile of heritage interpretation as a profession. It currently serves nearly 400 members in Australia, New Zealand and other countries comprising a diverse range of professionals in all areas of heritage interpretation.
