Dear Can Talk Moderator It's been suggested that an open discussion would suit the topic of "Green Galleries", for which I'm giving a short paper at the next MA conference in May. It would probably be interesting, as many people have views, but few have actual policies - and I sence the sector is looking for a direction on the issue. I would be advised by you if you think this a good idea, and how does one go about it? I am just establishing a collection and would be interested to hear what is happening in this field around Australia, both in the way of collection management and projects. If you have a policy could you please send it to me? I am also very interested to hear of any active green projects that may be happening in the cultural sector. Or if you are in the process of developing a green policy for your organisation please let me know.
