[can-talk] Acquisition Committee guidelines

Hello all,

The Warrnambool Art Gallery has a Collection Committee to assist with
acquiring artworks for its Permanent Collection.  Committee membership is
made up of community representatives, the Gallery's Curator and Director
(Gallery staff have no voting rights).

The Gallery has a Collection Policy although it does not have any clear
operating guidelines for the function of its Collection Committee.  Do you
have guidelines or rules of operation for a Collection/Acquisition
Committee?  If so I would be interested to sight this document.
