The best way to ensure that long URLs don't break across lines is to
shrink them with tinyurl.com or a similar redirector.

The Collections Council of Australia intends to produce a second edition
of
Significance: a guide to assessing the significance of cultural heritage
objects and collections (2001). We aim to broaden the scope of the first
edition by including all four major collecting domains i.e. archives and
libraries in addition to museums and galleries. We will also update the
publication to take account of new developments and resources since
2001.

We would like to hear about your experiences since 2001 in working with
the Significance publication and applying the established Significance
methodology. Responses to the nine question survey form will inform our
planning for a second edition of this publication.

feel would be willing to contribute.

Advices similar to this one are being distributed via the Collections
Council's e-Bulletin and collections sector list- serve, e-bulletins and
e-newsletters.

For any queries about the survey please contact Veronica Bullock,
Development Officer, on 08 8207 7287 or at
