'FROM ESTONIA TO THIRLMERE' Thirlmere's Estonians, who worked in the New South Wales poultry industry from 1927 to 1967, recall surviving war, adapting to 'Displaced Persons' camp life, journeying to Australia and their experiences of settling and farming.
