Museum Victoria comprises Victoria's great museums - the Immigration
Museum, Scienceworks, Melbourne Museum and the Royal Exhibition
Building.  This position is located in the beautiful Carlton Gardens.

 

We are seeking a keen cataloguer to join our team in a friendly
production area.

 

The successful applicant will have an interest in working with images
and relevant rights related data and will assist in the implementation
of a new digital asset management system. You will have knowledge of
current information management and retrieval systems and participate in
the standardization of data for images across the museum's varied
collections.

 

An understanding of the use of visual material, as well as good
attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines would be preferred
