Exhibitions Officer, Sydney University Museums

Sydney University Museums is comprised of three individual museums, the
Nicholson Museum, Macleay Museum and the University Art Gallery.  Its
collections cover natural history, ethnography, antiquities, historic
photographs, science, visual arts and decorative arts.

 

The University Museums is currently searching for an enthusiastic and
proactive Exhibitions Officer to manage and coordinate permanent,
temporary and travelling exhibitions. The Museum collections are rapidly
expanding, and as a result, you will be tasked with managing the
planning, coordination and installation of exhibitions across all three
locations. This is a hands-on role where you will physically install and
de-install exhibitions and relocate collection items as part of a team.
