The School of Design (TAFE) has an opportunity for a dynamic and directional leader / coordinator in the Interiors, Visual and Graphics area of the School.  We are seeking an industry focussed applicant with relevant industry/ teaching experience who can work with a team to build and expand on one of our top TAFE teaching programs in Australia.  

Key accountabilities will include:

Ensuring that the programs offered address current and emerging needs of both students and industry
Organising regular program review sessions and making improvements in program content and delivery, in addition to student assessment methods
Preparation and delivery of teaching programs, including training packages
Student recruitment and selection
Assisting with the management of the Schools resources, including staff, budget and timetabling
Effective management of staff within your area of responsibility
Promotion of the programs and services offered by the School to industry and maintain strong industry contacts.
