The Discovery Centres located at Museum Victoria's Immigration Museum
and Melbourne Museum are responsible for offering an excellent public
enquiries service involving a range of requests such as research,
donation offers, identifications and collection access related to the
museum's research and collections disciplines of Science, History &
Technology and Indigenous Cultures. 

 

We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly person to join
our team.

 

You will have excellent organisational and customer service skills,
experience in writing correspondence, responding to telephone enquiries,
effectively helping people with their information needs. 

 

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the operations of the
Immigration Discovery Centre and respond to enquiries in a professional
manner and to ensure appropriate standards are met. The role is also
responsible for offering quality visitor experiences at the Immigration
Discovery Centre.
