Gallery Hosts 

 

Duties 

Gallery Hosts are responsible for welcoming education and community
visitors to the National Archives of Australia and delivering formal and
informal education programs. Other reception functions such as operating
a computer-based switchboard are also required. Candidates should
display experience in working in a multi focused environment, strong
customer service skills and the ability to facilitate school programs.
Successful applicants will need to be available to work a 7 day roster,
including weekends and public holidays. 
 

Notes 

There is one ongoing part-time (22.5 hours per week) employment
opportunity and several non-ongoing irregular/intermittent employment
opportunities to be filled. The preferred method for receiving

Eligibility 

These positions are designated security assessed positions. The
successful applicants will be required to undergo a security clearance
