The Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour has a vacancy
as follows:
 
Building Maintenance Manager - Facilities and Support Services Section
APS Level 6
$57,002 - $66,789 per annum 


Duties  of this vacancy are: Plan, organise and control maintenance and
minor works/repair activities relating to the upkeep of the Museum’s
built environment.  Provide technical support and supervision for
nominated capital works projects and matters relating to the museum’s
strategic asset management plan.  Prepare detailed cost estimates and
specifications for maintenance, repairs and minor works. Undertake
procurement of goods and services in line with the museum’s
procurement policy.  Prepare reports and briefs to management in the
areas of responsibility. 
 
Eligibility:  Applicants for vacancies at the ANMM must be Australian
citizens.  Applications may be accepted from permanent residents who
have applied for citizenship.
