The Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour has a vacancy
as follows:
 
Publications Assistant - Publications Section
APS Level 5
$52,778 - $56,971 per annum (Full-time Salary)
This is an on-going 3 days per week part time vacancy.

Duties of this vacancy are: Assist the publications manager to compile,
subedit, source images for, proof-read and distribute museum
publications. Liaise with authors, photographers, graphic designers,
printers, mailing house and advertisers as required. Provide editorial
and proofreading services for the spectrum of museum written materials
including the web site, exhibition labels, and other sections’ print
materials, brochures, flyers etc.
  
Eligibility:  Applicants for vacancies at the ANMM must be Australian
citizens.  Applications may be accepted from permanent residents who
have applied for citizenship.
