The Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour has an
non-ongoing vacancy as follows:
 
Visitor Services Officer 
 APS Level 4 
 
$45,498 - $49,400 per annum 
This is a non-ongoing vacancy to 13 May 2008.
   
Duties  of this vacancy are: Assist the Marketing Manager with the
efficient management and operation of customer services offered through
Front of House and reception.  Develop and maintain an effective
database for customer services.  Administer the ANMM Ticketing System,
and conduct audits and review procedures.  Assist with the selection of
Front of House contract staff and undertake their induction and
training.  Facilitate information sessions for Front of House staff on
new exhibitions and public programs.
 
Eligibility:  Applicants for vacancies at the ANMM must be Australian
citizens.  Applications may be accepted from permanent residents who
have applied for citizenship.
