Community Museums Project Officer 
·       18 month fixed term
·       $58,550 - $66,431 plus super
·       Based in Ballarat or Bendigo

The Community Museums Pilot Program is a partnership between Arts 
Victoria, the Adult Community and Further Education Board, Heritage 
Victoria and the Department for Victorian Communities (DVC).

The Community Museums Project Officer will support communities in the 
Goldfields region to source and share significant stories of their 
heritage through the development of a regional collections hub. The 
Project Officer will address the challenges of the future by increasing 
the involvement of communities in their local museums and by improving 
collaboration among community museums, professional heritage organisations 
and cultural, educational and civic institutions.
