The Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour has an
ongoing vacancy as follows:
 
Education Officer 
APS Level 5
Salary $50,748 - $53,812pa
 
Duties  of this vacancy are: Assist in the development and
implementation of diverse strategies and a range of programs to maximise
the educational use of the Museum by school students. Participate in
exhibition development teams to promote educational opportunities.
Liaise with schools and the wider educational community to promote and
inform them about the Museum's school programs. Prepare relevant
educational programs using current school curricula.  Administer the
teacher guide program. 
Eligibility:  Applicants for vacancies at the ANMM must be Australian
citizens.  Applications may be accepted from permanent residents who
have applied for citizenship.
