  Dear Friends of the CODEX,

We are now open for registration and the forms are posted on our NEW 
website:

Exhibitors and Symposium Guests: Please do not hesitate to send in 
forms and your accompanying check when you get this announcement.

Enquiries have been very strong this year and due to limited space we 
expect that there will be a waiting list generated almost immediately.

When we have reached capacity (120 tables) we will notify you that 
you are on the waiting list and we will return your check un-cashed. 
(If you do not get a table we definitely encourage you to come to the 
fair, meet with prospective clients & buyers, and arrange for private 
viewings.)

Symposium: The seating capacity at the Berkeley Art Museum Theater is 
220 and there will not be any standing room available. 120 seats are 
pre-reserved for Exhibitors leaving only 100 seats open for 
registration. Please reserve early.

Exhibitors and symposium guests coming from outside the US should 
contact us regarding payment options other than checks payable in 
U.S. Dollars drawn on a US Bank.

Hotel Reservations: We have only reserved a limited number of rooms 
so please plan accordingly and make your reservations early. The 
website will provide a list of hotels and motels to choose from.
