Page or Not - an exhibition of artist books 






The East Gippsland Art Gallery, Bairnsdale, is inviting artists to 
participate in an artist book exhibition Page or Not – an exhibition of 
artist books from the 17 August to the 4 September 2007.
 
The last artist book exhibition at the EGAG was extremely successful in 
introducing this incredibly versatile and innovative art form to East 
Gippsland.  Both local artists and visitors to the gallery thoroughly 
enjoyed the experience.
 
Could you please distribute this invitation and attached entry form to 
artists or art groups that may be interested in participating.  Artists 
may also contact the EGAG on 5153 1988 or email egag at a1.com.au for more 
information or an entry form.
 
The EGAG is currently organizing a plant fibre paper making workshop and a 
workshop on material books for the 18 and 19 August as part of Page or Not 
with 2 tutors who have extensive experience in artist books.  Full details 
will be available shortly.
