As part of a two month residency at Cataract Gorge in Tasmania in I will 
be offering a one day workshop in Launceston on February 9th. Details 
are below:


PERSONAL INSTALLATIONS - A ONE DAY EXPLORATION OF THE ARTIST BOOK

Queensland paper and book artist Judy Barrass will be artist in 
residence at Kings Bridge Gorge Cottage in Launceston during February 
and March 2007. In this workshop she will be giving participants an 
insight into the way she approaches her own work and creative ways the 
book can be used as an artist’s tool. The books formats used in the 
workshop will be simple and require no previous bookbinding skills.

This workshop is suitable for experienced and beginner artist book 
makers, or anyone interested in looking at the ways book formats can be 
used to express ideas.
